1. In the locking state, if the pressure supply of the air port A is carried out under the non-pressurized state of the air port on both sides, there is a big danger that the lock is not lifted, or the lock is suddenly lifted, and the piston rod will fly out. When releasing the locking mechanism, be sure to provide pressure to the air port B, and release the locking mechanism without load.
2, if the use of rapid exhaust valve to speed up the falling speed, sometimes the cylinder body than the lock pin to start action, and can not be lifted normally. Therefore, do not use quick exhaust valves on locked cylinders
3, please do not use three (especially in the sealing type metal seal) solenoid valve for combination use. If there is pressure inside the air port on the side of the locking mechanism, the locking will not work. In addition, sometimes even if it is temporarily locked, the air leaking from the solenoid valve will enter the cylinder, and the lock will be lifted after a period of time.
4. If the locking mechanism side is subjected to back pressure, sometimes the lock will be lifted, so please use a single or integrated individual exhaust solenoid valve
5, in the case of the cylinder with adjustable buffer, if the gas buffer valve needle on the side of the locking mechanism is too much, the piston will sometimes produce constraints at the end of the stroke, resulting in the damage of the locking mechanism, so the needle valve should be adjusted so that the piston will not produce constraints.
6, when the manual operation of the locking mechanism is completed, be sure to reset the manual device to the original position. In addition, please do not perform manual operation outside the time of adjustment, otherwise it will be more dangerous.
7. Please release the lock when installing and adjusting the cylinder: in the locked state
