It has set up "Shandong University Intelligent Pneumatic Technology R&D Room", established "Shandong University New Material and New Process Test Workshop", and equipped with experimental instruments and equipment such as material stretching machine, plane riveting machine, CNC core walking machine, hardness tester, etc., which can realize the research of new processes, trial production of new products and performance testing.

   The company adopts automatic production lines composed of robots imported from Japan, high-precision CNC machining stations and other advanced equipment to create an intelligent factory and ensure the consistency of production efficiency, processing accuracy, product quality and quality.

  The company has more than 160 models of standard products in 18 categories, and can be personalized non-standard customization according to customer requirements. More than 20 kinds of product technologies such as multi-force cylinders and oil-gas mixing cylinders have obvious advantages. The company independently developed a new thin cylinder, through the improvement of the cylinder aluminum alloy material formula, and the use of integrated molding technology, not only the accuracy is greatly higher, the service life under high-frequency work is also increased by 2-3 times.
