Guided rodless cylinders (magnetic couplings/ball bearings) - Advantages of the HMTL series
1. The magnetic cylinder is basically a pneumatic rodless cylinder, which is characterized by a moving piston equipped with a ring magnet. The mobile sliders are also equipped with magnets to provide a magnetic coupling (slider/piston). The slider slides freely along the main pipe.
2.It is dust-proof as the isolation between the slider and the piston.
3.It is compact.
4. Non-adjustable rubber bumper and adjustable pneumatic buffer at both ends of the cylinder ensure smooth action. If shock absorbers are used, the cushioning effect is better
5. Dual guide rails ensure high precision and can withstand appropriate side loads or adverse loads.
Rodless cylinder product details
Rodless cylinders are mainly divided into magnetic coupling rodless cylinders and mechanical rodless cylinders. In a magnetically coupled rodless cylinder, the action of the piston is transmitted to the external slide through the magnetic coupling force, without the need for a piston rod. Because there is no mechanical connection between the piston and the slider, its sealing performance is excellent. The piston is equipped with a set of high-strength magnetic permanent magnet rings, and the magnetic force line acts on another set of magnetic rings set outside through the cylinder, because the two sets of magnetic rings are opposite in magnetism, and the suction is strong. When the piston is pushed by the air pressure in the cylinder, the magnetic ring outside the cylinder is driven to move together under the action of magnetic force. In addition, the maximum stroke of the cylinder is larger than that of the ordinary cylinder, and both ends are equipped with adjustable buffer and fixed buffer device, and the reversing action is smooth and no impact. Mechanical rodless cylinders have a slot in the cylinder bobbin axial direction, and the piston and cylinder head move in the upper part of the slot.
The choice of which type of rodless cylinder to use mainly depends on the specific application needs and scenarios. Whether it is magnetic coupling rodless cylinder or mechanical rodless cylinder, it can meet the needs of different users with its unique advantages.
