Magnetically coupled rodless cylinder

When the load is stopped halfway with an external stopper, the use pressure can not exceed about 0.55MPa, and once the use pressure exceeds the limit value, the magnetic coupling has the possibility of separation.

When the load is stopped in the middle of the stroke with a pneumatic circuit, once the kinetic energy exceeds the allowable value, the magnetic coupling has the possibility of separation.
The slide block of the standard magnetically coupled rodless cylinder can rotate, and an external guide is needed to prevent rotation.
Magnetic coupling rodless cylinder in vertical installation, there are safety risks.
Should try to avoid the use of fixed rodless cylinder slide, but should use the cylinder end plate fixed.
The flatness of the mounting surface of the cylinder should be below 0.2mm, and the full stroke can be tested with the lowest operating pressure (below 0.18MPa) during installation. Otherwise, the sliding resistance will increase, the bearing part will wear prematurely and the life will be reduced.

 

When the load and cylinder slider are directly connected, the respective axis eccentricity cannot be absorbed and the transverse load is applied, resulting in poor action. In order to absorb the eccentricity and the cylinder's self-weight deflection, consider using a floating connection method. (lower left photo)
  At the end of the stroke, the cylinder may tilt when the load is stopped, causing damage to the bearing and cylinder. Therefore, the limiter is used with the hydraulic buffer, and the thrust is transmitted from the middle of the cylinder block, so that the tilt of the cylinder block will not occur.   Cylinder horizontal installation, due to the weight of the bending amount, the longer the stroke, the greater the bending of the center of the shaft. Therefore, the floating connection mechanism should leave a corresponding gap. (bottom photo)
Because the magnetic coupling rodless cylinder uses magnetic coupling, it will magnetize the magnetic body such as the iron plate near the cylinder, resulting in the misoperation of the magnetic switch. Therefore, the magnetic body such as the iron plate should be more than 4mm away from the magnetic switch.
  When using other magnetic sensors adjacent to other cylinders or in the vicinity, in order to prevent misoperation due to magnetic leakage of the magnetic ring inside the rodless cylinder, it is appropriate to control the distance from the surface of the slide block to other magnetic sensors (above the figure on the lower right). If you cannot do it below this value, you can prevent misoperation by clamping the 2mm thick iron plate in the gap with the slide

Mechanical rodless cylinder

1, mechanical rodless cylinder in the structure, the air will occur a small amount of external leakage.

Therefore, when the intermediate stop control is carried out through the 3-position sealing solenoid valve, the problem that the slide table cannot maintain the stop position occurs.
If the control center is stopped based on the 3-position center drain solenoid valve, there is also a risk of flying out when the two sides exhaust, and the control of speed becomes difficult.
Therefore, the pressure control loop on both sides of the 3-position sealing solenoid valve should be used. However, when restarting after the pressure drop, if the gas pressure is pressurized in the state of no power, it may cause the situation that the slide table moves away from the origin.

2, the standard version of mechanical rodless cylinder by the load is small, in order to increase the load capacity, must increase the guide mechanism. When the external guide rail mechanism is connected to the rodless cylinder, a floating mechanism should be used.

3, the cylinder material of the rodless cylinder is aluminum alloy, the hardness is limited, in the case of a long stroke, if it is suspended installation, fixed two ends, according to the size of gravity, there may be invisible bending, according to the working principle of the rodless cylinder, the internal piston movement may be affected by the torque of the cylinder piston fracture, and may even scratch the inner wall of the cylinder. The most serious may lead to the direct abandonment of the rodless cylinder. The middle support can increase the rodless support to a certain extent, reduce the fixed load at both ends, and increase the stability when working, especially in the case of fast working frequency. There are many ways to fix the middle support, and the basic hardware is used to fix the dovetail groove of the cylinder itself.
Note: The central support seat is not a fixed part and can only be used as support.

4, should try to avoid the use of fixed rodless cylinder slide.
5, the installation surface of the cylinder at both ends of the fixed part, the installation surface should be more than 5mm beyond the connection surface of the cylinder and the end cover.
