Principle and structure of rodless cylinder

A slot is opened in the axial direction of the cylinder of the rodless cylinder, and the piston and the slider move in the upper part of the slot. In order to prevent leakage and dust, it is necessary to use a sealing belt and dustproof stainless steel belt in the opening part to fix the two ends of the cylinder head, and the piston frame passes through the groove to connect the piston and the slide block into one. The piston is connected with the slider to drive the actuator fixed on the slider to achieve reciprocating movement.

2, magnetic coupling rodless cylinder

The piston of this rodless cylinder is sealed in the cylinder by the end cap, and there is no direct mechanical connection between the piston and the slider. It is coupled together by the magnetic force between the magnetic steel on the piston and the magnetic steel on the inside of the slider.
